Hector M. De Leon, MD & FAPA

Born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, Dr. De Leon attended the University of Puerto Rico, joined the US ARMY, and was accepted into Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine during his enlistment. Dr. De Leon completed his residency and internship at Duke University and a fellowship with the American Psychiatric Association.

Dr. De Leon has held faculty appointments at University of Massachusetts School of Medicine and Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he has lectured on topics such as transcultural issues in psychiatry and emotional development.

He is the only child & adolescent psychiatrist in the practice.
