Tiffany Stephens, APRN, PMHNP-BCNurse Practitioner
A lifelong resident of Lake County, Tiffany is honored to serve her community. She began her nursing career as a certified nursing assistant in 2010 with aspirations to become a Registered Nurse, which she accomplished in 2013. During her nursing career, she gained experience in home health, rehabilitation, hospice, inpatient psychiatric care, as well as psychiatric intensive outpatient and partial-hospitalization programs. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University. She is accredited by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with specialty in Psychiatric-Mental Health. The mental health associated aspects of cancer survivorship are of special clinical interest to Tiffany as she is a two-time acute leukemia survivor and allogeneic bone marrow transplant recipient.
